On Thursday 14 July The Fairhursts Design Group attended the ‘topping out’ ceremony at the new £38m Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst project. This FDG designed project is hoped to provide the ‘Catalyst’ for bioscience research at Stevenage. The ceremony was attended by the Minister for Science, see the below article:

On Thursday 14 July The Fairhursts Design Group were pleased to welcome over 125 guests to a party to celebrate the official opening of their new Head Office at 55 King Street in Manchester. The guest of honour was Sir Howard Bernstein who spoke about Fairhursts' long and illustrious history in Manchester and wished them a prosperous future in working throughout the UK and Europe, as well as new ventures in the UAE, Pakistan and China.

THE Prime Minister visited the FDG designed building and hailed Daresbury Science and Innovation Campus as a key to future economic growth as he launched the new Government Enterprise Zone at the development.

Coventry's multi-million pound Manufacturing Technology Centre

Coventry's multi-million pound Manufacturing Technology Centre will officially open next month after more than a year of building work. Staff have finally moved into the long-awaited FDG designed facility at Ansty Park, which is the result of a £40 million joint investment from Advantage West Midlands and the East Midlands Development Agency.

Fairhursts are pleased to announce that the University of Salford has opened its doors to students at MediaCity. The £18m fit out includes HD TV Studios, Radio Studios, Performance Spaces and a wide variety of editing, post production suites and teaching spaces.
